Termination

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard
to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of
the courts located in Berlin, Germany, to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through
final and binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the German Arbitration Institute
(DIS). The arbitration shall take place in Berlin, Germany, and shall be conducted in English. The
arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award rendered by the
arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
